We bring the fire and the flavor wherever we go. Our wood fired dutch oven pop-up is a mobile culinary experience centered around our custom cowboy wood burning stove. We arrive on site, set up, and cook everything fresh with time honored technique and new inspiration. Creating bold, satisfying meals with a touch of history.
Inspired by old-school cattle roundups where wagons hauled stoves across the open range, we do the same- only now our wood stove rolls behind a squarebodied V8 powered chuckwagon. Whether it's a ranch gathering, an event or just a good excuse to eat well under the open sky we're here to serve up unforgettable food, cooked with artisan intention.
